We are currently seeking an Underwriting Specialist to join our Corporate Underwriting Team.
The selected candidate will :
- Coordinate the underwriting quality assurance program including preparing underwriting audits, scheduling kick-off and wrap-up meetings, drafting reports and following-up on action plans.
- Assist in managing underwriting vendors including contract & invoice review.
- Assist in developing underwriting guidelines, risk selection grades and authority levels to support underwriting profitability.
- Assist with assigned line(s) of business or industry segment(s) including monitoring profitability and recommending opportunities for improvement.
- Assist Corporate Underwriting teammates with projects and research as requested
This position will be located in our Sarasota, FL corporate office with a hybrid schedule (2 days remote / 3 days in office).

The salary range for this position is $91,390-$140,738 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
