Currently seeking a motivated professional to provide administrative support for the Agribusiness leadership team. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the SVP; managing the calendar and offering proactive support. This position will provide support to the leadership team within Agribusiness division and our Surety SVP and team. Responsibilities will include coordination of meetings and training sessions which may consist of scheduling conference rooms, making appointments, reserving equipment, supporting presentations and arranging for catering services. The selected candidate will also coordinate travel arrangements, update and maintain various monthly and weekly underwriting reports, and assist with forecasts and annual budget development. This is an office-based position located in our Sarasota, FL corporate office.

- Four years of administrative experience, supporting senior level preferred
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and possess a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong information analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to reason in an orderly fashion and find appropriate solutions
- Advanced knowledge of various PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the insurance industry and customer service role preferred
Salary : $62,419 - $96,126
