We are currently seeking an Inland Marine Practice Manager with strong Marine expertise to join our Corporate Underwriting Team and lead and grow FCCI’s Marine book of business and practice. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise across many lines of Inland Marine. Commercial Property underwriting expertise is a plus.
The selected candidate will:
- Independently build and grow FCCI’s Marine lines of business
- Manage profit, rate and retention of all FCCI Marine lines of business
- Create & set Marine underwriting standards and pricing guidelines
- Maintain highest level of field Marine authority
- Work with IT to implement new technology platforms to drive growth of online Marine products
- Train, mentor and serve as a technical resource for Inland Marine throughout the organization
- Manage QA process for Marine book of business
This position will be located preferably in our Sarasota, FL corporate office with a hybrid schedule (2 days remote/3 days in office). Other location options include Lake Mary, FL; Lawrenceville, GA; Richardson, TX or Carmel, IN.

The salary range for this position is $128,396-$197,729 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
