We are looking for a Senior BA or Specialist (depending upon experience level) with Insurance domain experience to join our team. This key role will be to evaluate FCCI’s business needs and determine how to best align & architect technical solutions that address the big picture business challenges and future needs. This is a visible, lead role with a hybrid schedule option working (3) days in the office and optional (2) days working remote.
The Senior BA or Specialist will work on several strategic, commercial insurance software projects (admitted and non-admitted lines), as well as various financial services, system integrations, and data reporting/migration initiatives. Working within an Agile framework, the selected teammate will serve as a proxy Product Owner whose primary function is to identify and analyze key project needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives (end-to-end), and provide critical production support for enterprise-wide systems.

The salary range for this position is $83,896-$129,201 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
