What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefit Eligibility Reconciliation Analyst position at FCE Benefit Administrators, Inc.?
PRIMARY PURPOSE :
To oversee and lead the reconciliation workflow in the Benefit Eligibility Department while ensuring regulatory compliance and to communicate and maintain strong relationships with Third Party Administrators.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes contribution reports received from client companies.
- Bank and client contribution reconciliations.
- Contacts client companies regarding discrepancies.
- Enters new and revised enrollments and requests
- Attaches coverage information for medical, dental, vision, life, employee assistance programs, DUB and disability plans to the employee / dependent records as required.
- Communicates extensively by phone, email and letter with client companies and covered members.

Qualifications
Education & Licensing
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
At least three (3) years in an insurance employee benefit, accounts receivable or payable and / or payroll position with a medium to large employer.
