Pay rate: $25-$27 Hourly, Full time position
Higher pay offered for proven prior mortgage loan servicing experience.
(Not loan origination or loan closing experience)
Position Responsibilities:
· Reconciliation of daily bank deposits
· Loan payment & term adjustments
· Loan Modifications
· Processing of incoming/outgoing wires
· Accurately document all information pertaining to accounts
· Perform office duties as assigned.
Knowledge, skills, & abilities:
· Strong accounting experience
· Banking – Vault management
· Accounting or Finance Degree a plus
· Experience processing wires
· Proficient in Excel
· Bank Teller experience a plus
· Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
· Excellent 10 key by touch
Additional Information:
