Position Summary

You'll join a dedicated team in our Deposit Operations department, where you'll assist customers with various banking needs, ensure accurate transaction processing, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Essential Functions
- Perform data entry, capture, and balance work received from branches daily, upholding our commitment to accuracy and reliability.
- Resolve rejected items and balance transactions promptly, demonstrating our core value of accountability.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their DDA and Savings accounts, embodying our dedication to transparency and trust.
- Conduct thorough customer research to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, reflecting our commitment to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare incoming and outgoing Cash letters with care and attention to detail, ensuring seamless processing and delivery.
- Monitor and verify proper signatures, figures, amounts, and endorsements for large checks, emphasizing our attention to detail and diligence.
- Maintain DDA and Savings signature cards for all branches, reflecting our commitment to thoroughness and organization.
- Fulfill other related duties as required to accomplish our mission of providing exceptional banking experiences.
- Ensure proper file retention and organization, reflecting our dedication to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Handle postage on all bank correspondence with care and efficiency, embodying our commitment to professionalism and reliability.

Skills & Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, reflecting our belief in the value of education and lifelong learning.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating your commitment to serving our customers with excellence.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the Jack Henry System, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, showcasing your adaptability and technological proficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, reflecting our commitment to effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, reflecting our dedication to efficiency and productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, 10-Key Calculator, and Outlook, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
