Position Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing patients and their scheduling, ensuring efficient communication, and providing excellent front-office support. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will also be responsible for handling administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain and update patient files, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing patient flow.
- Office Support: Assist the office team with other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing patient payments, processing office correspondence, and ensuring the office is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- ,Previous experience in healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare billing codes and insurance policies a plus.
