Requirements
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time Position - Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Fully Remote: Hybrid schedule will be on a business needs basis at manager's discretion
- Hybrid Schedule (when needed): Mon/Tues/Thurs in office required based off of business needs and in person scheduling is needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations
- Strong skills in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation
- Experience with SQL querying and familiarity with Azure data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory analysis
- Basic understanding of R or similar tools is a plus
- Knowledge of retail or marketing analytics concepts is advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Prior experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and practices
