Salary ranges from $65,000-$70,000 Based on Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Prepare and organize contracts, proposals, and other sales documents for the field sales team.
· Assist with the creation of client presentations as needed.
· Maintain and update sales records in the company’s CRM, ensuring all client information & sales activities are accurate and current.
· Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and facilitating follow-up activities to maintain strong client relationships.
· Generate & distribute regular reports to track upcoming contract expirations, price increase dates, and other critical sales data. Provide actionable insights to the sales team based on this data.
· Manage and organize both physical and electronic customer files, ensuring easy access to critical documents and compliance with company data standards.
· Support the sales team in organizing client events and trade shows, including logistics planning and communication with participants.
· Provide day to day administrative assistance to the sales team and executive leadership, handling tasks such as scheduling, preparing documents, and coordinating internal communications.
