Job Overview:
FE Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Patient Enrollment Manager to lead patient acquisition and enrollment efforts. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with patients and community members effectively. The ideal candidate will drive patient growth by developing outreach strategies, managing enrollment processes, and fostering relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute patient enrollment strategies to increase new patient acquisition.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, explaining services and scheduling appointments.
- Engage in community outreach efforts, including attending and coordinating local events to promote the medical center.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, organizations, and healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
- Address patient inquiries regarding services, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate patient enrollment records and update databases as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze patient acquisition metrics to refine outreach and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, patient enrollment, or healthcare outreach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Charismatic and confident in engaging with patients and community members.
- Ability to travel locally for community engagement and outreach events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual – Spanish required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
