About the Role - Benefits Administration & HR Operations: Oversee the benefits administration process for the entire FEAM network. Assist with day-to-day Workday system issues and troubleshooting. Manage unemployment claims for the region. Facilitate new hire check-ins to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and benefits. Support the annual open enrollment process for employee benefits. Handle COBRA administration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Reconcile benefits invoices to maintain accurate records and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Provide manager coaching to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Lead performance counseling sessions and provide HR guidance on employee development.
- Draft and manage job abandonment letters and other employment-related documentation.
- Oversee the benefits administration process for the entire FEAM network.
- Assist with day-to-day Workday system issues and troubleshooting.
- Manage unemployment claims for the region.
- Facilitate new hire check-ins to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and benefits.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 3 years in management of the employee benefits administration process. 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional HR role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and benefits administration. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday required) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support employees and managers. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills - PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Work Environment - This position is based at our Erlanger, KY location. Must be able to work across different time zones to support regional teams in the Central an East Coast time zones.
