Our client one of the largest independent CPG companies with a legacy spanning over 150 years is looking for a Senior HR Generalist.
The HR Generalist will report to the Director of HR in support of HR functions including employee relations benefits retention training and development.
Position location : Onsite (Metro Cincinnati)
Preferred Qualifications / Skills :
- Experience with processing payroll Paycor HRIS is highly preferred
- Experience with complex employee relations
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred
