Key Responsibilities :
- Handle employee relations including managing complex situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Administer benefits programs and support retention initiatives.
- Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.
- Support HR operations including processing payroll when needed.
