We’re seeking an FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE to join the Overnight Fulfillment Team for our production facility in East Providence.
Consistent schedule Sunday-Wednesday, 12am-10am, 4 day work week.

What does an Overnight Fulfillment Associate at F&F do?
The core responsibilities with this position are to assist with pulling deliveries and assembling orders on delivery days for our delivery team to bring them to their final destination.
- Pack orders according to member specifications with attention to detail on customizations, portion sizes and dish names
- Prepare partner products and component items according to order specifications
- Pack cages with packaged/labeled food according to order specifications
- Unloading deliveries of packaging and supplies, and organizing the warehouse
- Assisting the Kitchen Associate team with pulling packaging, labeling and packing food
- Restocking, organizing packaging
- Cleaning the refrigerator unit and counting products to separate by size/station needs
- Participating in ice rotations, ensuring there is ample ice frozen for weekly delivery volume
What does a strong applicant for this position have?
- 2 years work experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Rigorous attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Sense of ownership and pride over your workspace
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times/day and stand for long periods (8-10 hours)
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (8-10 hours)
- Reliable transportation
- Very strong work ethic with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Openness to learning new departments and roles; tech-savvy is a plus.
