Production Facility Dishwasher: Thurs-Mon, 1p-9p [with free meal plan!]

Feast & Fettle is seeking an experienced Dishwasher to join kitchen operations at our production facility in East Providence.

This opening is for a consistent schedule of: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm

What does a Dishwasher at F&F do?

Each day of the production cycle, you’ll work with a 24/7/365 team of eight total dishwashers to support preparation of our menu items.

This work includes the responsibility to:

• Operate commercial dishwasher machine to process dishes
• Wash dishes, large pots, and sheet pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Take out trash and recycling periodically throughout day
• Assist with cleaning facility throughout day to maintain cleanliness

• Conduct yourself with maturity and respect in all interactions with fellow team members
• Assist with organization-wide demands of the weekly production cycle, including: labeling and packaging, pro-actively maintaining the F&F standard of cleanliness and organization of our equipment and storage across the facility, and helping coworkers across teams, with an all-hands-on-deck attitude reflective of our We Got You values.

What does a strong applicant for this position have?

• Proven working experience as a dishwasher (at least one year)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be reliable and possess integrity
• Knowledge of how to handle commercial equipment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Multiple times/day
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Desire to contribute positively to your coworkers and to the company
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Very strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
• Tech savvy is a major plus! We like to integrate tech into all aspects of the business
• Positive attitude; we believe a negative attitude inhibits everything about what we are trying to accomplish as a team.
