About The Role :
As a Financial Reporting Manager on the Profit Revenue Growth Management team at Feastables, you will be developing advanced models, tools and templates to improve forecasting accuracy, while also leading financial and operational reporting to provide critical visibility into business performance.. Your expertise in Excel-based data management and financial reporting will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and PRGM teams, helping to clean, structure, and analyze large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. What You'll Be Doing :
- Clean, structure, and consolidate large datasets in Excel, leveraging advanced functions (e.g., Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, etc.) to optimize reporting processes
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, trade spend, and pricing
- Reconcile and validate POS data, shipment data, and financial figures, identifying discrepancies and ensuring alignment across all reporting
- Support all forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to leadership
- Develop automated, scalable reporting solutions that integrate with existing data sources and tools.
- Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support cross-functional business reviews.
- Work closely with the Demand Planning team to refine methodologies while we transition to an enterprise supply chain system.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance data integrity, automation, and efficiency, collaborating with the Data Analytics team as needed
- Develop structured templates for scenario modeling, incorporating historical trends, seasonality, and customer-specific insights.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue forecasting, demand planning, and financial performance
