Manager of Financial Reporting
SNI Financial is partnered with a publicly traded company that is a leader in their industry that’s hiring a Financial Reporting Manager. As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how they report and analyze the Company’s financial results. This high-impact position works across Financial Planning, Treasury, Tax, Regional Finance, and Corporate Accounting teams to deliver accurate and insightful reporting that drives business decisions. From preparing 10-Q and 10-K disclosures to streamlining reporting processes and mentoring a talented team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Oversee consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and account updates for accuracy and consistency.
- Drive monthly internal reporting, analyzing data and enhancing processes to ensure efficiency and clarity.
- Lead and approve chart of account updates
- Partner with external auditors to support corporate and standalone entity audits.
- Innovate and optimize reporting processes, reducing the time to close and delivering actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with XBRL reporting and contribute to impactful Audit Committee materials.
- Inspire and mentor a team, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Dive into special projects
What You Bring:
- 5–6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting preferred
- Bachelor’s in accounting
- CPA
- Experience with SEC reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Hyperion
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
