About The Role:
As a Trade Analyst, you will play a crucial role in accurately tracking deductions at a granular level, both domestically and internationally, within our TPM software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to Feastables' rapid growth.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a recent college graduate passionate about the CPG industry to learn the foundations of trade through deduction management and gain additional professional development opportunities in finance and accounting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform daily reconciliations at the defined granular level for all customers within the TPM software
- Analyze trade actuals versus planned promotions to ensure accrual accuracy
- Identify and communicate trends and discrepancies effectively
- Set up promotions in TPM for all planned accounts
- Reduce monthly suspense amounts by proactively following up
- Assist in the accounting month-end close process
- Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Recipe For Success:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of professional work experience; experience in CPG, retail, or grocery is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas)
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP and TPM systems
