We are looking for an individual passionate about wines, food and customer service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be excited by the prospect of working with a variety of local and exotic wines, eclectic food menu and be able to educate our guests about us. They must be people person and thrive working in a fast-paced, social environment. They will also be our lead / key holder.

Responsibilities:
- Learning our wine and food menu
- Educating our guests about our unique wines and food
- Working with our guests to help them find the right wines suited for their personal palettes
- Serving and waiting on our guests in the dinning area and wine tasting bar
- Engaging with our guests interested in monthly wine tastings
- Actively educating our guests on our wine club membership benefits
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized bar area including glassware, utensils, dishware, and bar compliance
- Informing our guests of food specials and answering any questions they may have
- Assisting the General Manager when necessary during busy days
- Opening and closing shifts independently
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Experience in a casual dining preferred, but will train
- Experience in an upscale dining environment preferred, but will train
- Thrives to be a team player or have a team player mentality
- Ability to multi-task while working efficiently and calmly
- Ability to adjust between fast-paced or slow periods through the shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to swift smoothly during fast-paced environment
- Passionate about working with wines, people and eclectic food
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and some holidays
- Food Handler's and Basset Certificates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
