This role combines lead generation, prospect engagement, and appointment setting to drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting :
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage with leads via social media to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and assessing their fit for our products / services.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
