Job Title : Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

Reports To : Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role combines lead generation, prospect engagement, and appointment setting to drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Setting :

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage with leads via social media to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and assessing their fit for our products / services.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.

Inside Sales :

  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
  • Educate potential customers about our solutions and address their questions or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
  • Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
  • General Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and confidently engage with potential customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, financial services, or real estate.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification and sales best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
