Job Summary
We are searching for a Construction Project Manager to efficiently complete jobs from start to finish with extreme detail and customer service in mind. This individual should be confident in working with others, taking direction from clients, and adjusting the project while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Objectives and Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate contracts and subcontracts
- Possess a keen understanding of all budgetary aspects of a commercial construction project
- Communicate up to the Senior Project Manager about each job on a frequent basis
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of construction management experience required
- Outstanding management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Procore required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a computer office setting
- Employee will be responsible for weekly site visits, which may require walking on rough and/or elevated terrain
