What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager - Commercial position at Moltus Building Group?
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. MUST BE Proficient with submittals, RFI, design coordination and managing a design build from ground up! You MUST be able to hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Design Build, Design Bid Build, and projects of other delivery types from conception through completion, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective and financially responsible solutions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive project estimates to support successful project planning.
- Handle contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience.
- 3 years of experience and/or extensive knowledge within construction project management/estimating (including project scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control).
- Proficient with submittals, RFI, design coordination and managing a design build from ground up.
- Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers/clients.
