We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and sales, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
*Duties*
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads and converting them into sales
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to engage with potential customers and schedule test drives
- Understand the dealership's market to effectively target potential buyers
- Negotiate sales contracts with customers to close deals
- Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to a diverse customer base
- Provide sales support by assisting customers throughout the buying process
- Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of desired vehicles
- Apply retail math principles to pricing and financing options
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
-MUST be experienced in deal submitting, closing and funding!
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with dealership operations and car sales processes
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
-Must know PTI, DTI, Line 1, Line 3, Line 5, abilty to correctly determine applicants income via YTD stubs.
-Fantastic raport with national lender a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
