Primary Duties:
· Responsible for managing the janitorial program and leading a team of professionals to deliver the services
· Identify, recruit, and develop new employees
· Provide training as for on-site managers and supervisors
· Develop new programs and systems to ensure each location is meeting or exceeding expectations
· Develop and sustain relationships with management and ownership
· Coach employees as needed
· Counsel/terminate employees as needed
· Provide required reports in a timely manner
· Conduct oneself by ascribing to the basic philosophy of honesty and integrity
· Attend regular meetings as required
· Ability to be available to travel to assist in the development of future properties
· Willingness to actively participate in other non-regional assignments as needed

Expectations:
. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory position
· Weekly monitoring of labor and supply budgets
· Establish and maintain client relations
· Provide monthly status reports of Project work completed to date to management and client
· Assure proper MSDS of every product is available as needed and that all chemicals are properly labeled
· Ensure safety awareness, OSHA regulations and compliance issues are adhered too
· Proactive identify and manage risk
· Verify all company policies and procedures are being followed
· Submit budget, quality control, and expense reports in a timely manner
. Must have a clean driver's license.
Schedule: 7am -3:30pm Tuesday - Saturday, must be able to work weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
