As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the company. This is an in-office role where you will be making a high volume of outbound calls daily, targeting businesses within our service area. Your primary focus will be identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team to close deals. This is a "hunter" role, perfect for someone who is driven by results and excited to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Make a high volume of daily phone calls to decision-makers within target businesses.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their IT needs and pain points, positioning our services as the solution.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
- Stay up to date on our services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, scripts, and strategies to optimize outreach.
