Purpose :
The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the Bank's mobile, laptop, and desktop (physical and virtual) assets as well the infrastructure to ensure all are up-to-date and operating efficiently, while continually working to improve the overall performance of the desktop environment by implementing new technologies and optimizing existing ones. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all desktop management assets, both physical and virtual, meet the Bank's security, compliance, and disaster recovery standards.
