Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows Desktop. Support Activities include: PC Hardware and Software Support/Virtual Desktops/iPads/Printers/
- Access management for different application
- Escalate the issue to appropriate Teams if required and follow up for closure
- Outage Announcements & Communications
- Computer System Accessories delivery (Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc.)"
- Experience in Workstation and Hardware Tier 1 support (PC Hardware and Software Support/Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/Citrix IGELS), User access management for different applications
- Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn new technologies to perform day-to-day support operations
