Position: Program Administrator
Job Description Overview:
Join our dedicated team, where we are committed to producing high-quality aircraft components. In this role, you will primarily support our Program Managers (as well as other departments) by assisting with procurement, data entry, milestone tracking, report preparation, and data collection.
Responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain Reports: Develop and update the Quote, Production and financial reports
- Meeting Support: Take detailed notes during company meetings, focusing on action items and key discussions
- Drawing Management: Request and organize new drawings, and ensure tracking spreadsheet with the latest information is up to date.
- Program Manager Support: Provide general assistance to Program Managers by following up on open Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Data Entry: Perform general data entry tasks.
- RFQ and PO Issuance: Issue RFQs and POs for specific aircraft programs.
- Vendor Communication: Send out Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) documents, and supplier surveys to new vendors.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Skilled in using MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite
- A U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident).
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Adherence to security protocols and procedures in accordance with government regulations.
- Maintain an onsite work schedule in El Segundo, CA.
