We are seeking an Internet Maintenance Specialist to serve as SharePoint Site Administrator for one of our clients. This person will provide expert-level administration, maintenance, and support for the SharePoint application and related Microsoft 365 tools. They will work collaboratively with teams to enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the continued functionality and security of the system.
Key Responsibilities :
- SharePoint Administration : Develop and enhance pages within the SharePoint site, including managing permissions and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Ongoing Maintenance : Provide continuous maintenance for existing features of the SharePoint application, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Issue Resolution : Collaborate with the data analytics and SharePoint development teams to resolve any issues during routine maintenance, security patches, and cumulative upgrades.
- Requirements Gathering : Collect and document functional and technical requirements for new features or enhancements. Work with staff and business owners to assess high-level needs and deadlines, and collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are both feasible and aligned with goals.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans for unit, integration, regression, and performance testing based on the requirements document.
- Web Development Tools : Utilize tools such as Dreamweaver, Drupal, and MS SharePoint for webpage development and design.
- Content Management : Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for informational content and updates on the SharePoint site. Work closely with the Website Management to ensure that all content complies with web policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Technical Support : Provide direct support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform inquiries, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Microsoft 365 Integration : Demonstrate proficiency in MS Teams and other integrated Microsoft 365 applications to assist with coordination and production.

Pay Range : $70,000 - 100,000 commensurate with experience
