Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Production Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the pre-production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, garment knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the facility.
Responsibilities
· Garment/Apparel Experience is a must.
· Responsibilities include assisting the day to day operations in our customer service department
· Communicate and coordinates with Sample department
· Can work with minimum supervision
· Sales/Customer service skills
· Excellent communications in verbal and in written
· Deadline driven individuals
· Received and coordinates tech pack for samples and future productions orders from customers
· Close coordination between customers approval and productions status
Skills
· Must work accurately in a fast-paced environment
· Efficient, detail oriented and exceedingly thorough
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Needs to be extremely organized and be able to multi task
· Bilingual (Spanish speaking is a plus)
Knowledge: Extensive MS Office (Excel)
This is a fulltime position. This position can start immediately.
