Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up and configure workstations for new employees
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications
- Assist in network administration tasks
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems
- Understanding of network administration concepts including DNS and TCP/IP
- Experience in software troubleshooting and computer networking
- Knowledge of remedy ticketing system
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot VPN connections
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
