We are looking for a Shift Electrician to work in Lexington, NC supporting our client.

About the Role : Our client is seeking experienced Electricians to support our ongoing operations and drive continuous improvement. As a Fortune 100 corporation and North America’s leader in steel production and recycling, we prioritize safety, innovation, and teamwork. Our Electricians are key to ensuring reliable operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform day-to-day electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
- Support automation systems including PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize performance and aggressively pursue process improvements
- Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance using CMMS or related systems
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
- Potentially work rotating schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
