Description
Federated Co-ops Inc. has an opening for an Agronomy Operations Support / Delivery Driver to work out of our Ogilvie Agronomy Center. As an Agronomy Operations Support / Delivery Driver, you can expect to drive truck with an attached trailer to deliver products in a safe and efficient manner to and from Central Warehouse Facility. Unloads and loads products for delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Agronomy Operations Support / Delivery Driver include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drives truck to deliver products in a safe and efficient manner.
- Reloads any returns and/or pallets for delivery back to central warehouse and/or other locations.
- Ensures warehouse facilities are swept, clean and in proper order.
- Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt and/or signs for pickup or delivery when necessary (Munson)
- Performs routine maintenance and housekeeping on truck and trailers to maintain clean and well operating equipment.
- Ensures truck records are maintained and ordered according to company and DOT requirements.
- Supports and aids coworkers and customers as needed.
- Bags fertilizer.
- Ensures a positive experience while conducting duties of the job and interacting with all customers.
- Provide driving and delivery assistance to Agronomy locations as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Current Class A Driver's License required
- Current Health Card required
- Ability to obtain CDL required
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends during busy season is required

The wage range for this position is set at $25 - $27.50/hour. The actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
