We have an exciting opportunity in our Warrendale, PA office that is part of our Legal department’s Disclosure team.
What You’ll Do
As an Operations Administrator you will complete electronic EDGAR filings, including converting files to HTML, building electronic filing packages, and proofreading and electronically transmitting filing packages. You will assist in the research, verification and editing of fund information required by internal and external parties and provide critical operational support to the department’s regulatory processes. You are part of a team that provides administrative and technical support.
- Generate and format quarterly Board Meeting Ratified Filings Report.
- Maintain electronic files, coordinate electronic files that are submitted to the Legal Records team.
- Support functions include formatting text, tables and charts; revising and comparing documents; correcting errors and revising documents with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings via Microsoft Outlook.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in business or technology required; bachelor’s degree in business or computer science preferred.
- 3 years of business experience required; experience with EDGAR filings, HTML, and a complex legal or business environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows/PC operating system and Microsoft Office required; working knowledge of GoFiler software or a similar SEC filing software application preferred.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook required; experience with Adobe Acrobat preferred.
