Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and production processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

About You:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service leadership roles.
• You possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflicts and prioritize tasks.
• You are proficient in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
