Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned customer accounts to proactively identify and resolve process and billing issues.
- Work closely with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Pull, sort, and research shipments that were unable to be booked as revenue due to invoice discrepancies.
- Evaluate account history and aging reports to determine prioritization of collection efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
