Overview of position :
FEDITC is seeking a Systems Administrator – Mid Level to support operations at Texarkana, TX . This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing IT challenges within a mission-critical environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain system software and infrastructure in accordance with organizational standards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and continuity.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within various operating systems and applications.
- Conduct system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with network and application teams to support integrated solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as necessary.
