This is a contract hybrid role for a Help Desk Analyst at FedTec in Buffalo, NY, with the possibility of some remote work. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with desktop computers, and delivering high-quality customer support on a day-to-day basis.
