About the Opportunity:

FedTec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager (PM) - Intermediate to oversee the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program supporting the U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC). The successful candidate will manage a diverse set of IT-related subprograms, delivering mission readiness and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership abilities, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with government stakeholders and technical teams.

Position: Program Manager (Intermediate)

Work Location: Fort Knox, KY

Clearance: Secret or Higher

Certification : Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT program operations and contract performance across assigned locations.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and resources to support mission needs.
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams and project management efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison for government stakeholders, addressing program-related concerns.
• Lead project scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Track contract deliverables and performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to support IT operations.
• Maintain awareness of DoD and Army regulations, policies, and best practices in IT management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in information technology, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in project management, supporting IT programs with 500 users.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Experience managing government IT contracts and program administration.
• Familiarity with DoD IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, IT management, or a related field.
• Experience with DoD 8140 and 8570 compliance requirements.
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience managing enterprise IT systems integration projects.
• Familiarity with Army IT infrastructure and cybersecurity policies

• Candidate must submit a signed Letter of Commitment.
