Duties

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant work experience
- ITIL Foundation & ServiceNow Administration Certification.
- Recent ServiceNow experience with diverse hands-on work experience administering in core platform support and development activities
- In-Depth Knowledge of Technical Implementation of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery).
- Certified Implementation specialist – ITSM, Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION
- ITIL Foundation certified or related experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
