Position Summary
This position supports the daily execution of brewing, cellaring, and transferring operations. It includes cleaning brewing equipment and spaces and collaborating with the brewing team. Performance is measured with defined metrics and regular reviews.
Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

General Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, clean workspace by:
Completing annual chemical training and properly using/titrating cleaning chemicals
Cleaning equipment, floors, drains, and systems daily and performing regular deep cleans
Following all PPE policies and reporting incidents or near misses
Understanding and executing all Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures
Cleaning tanks, pumps, filtration systems, and related equipment per SOPs
Confirming equipment cleanliness via swabbing, titration, or other standard tests
Support brewing operations by:
Filling tanks with water for upcoming brews
Assisting in finishing/filtering starter for base brews
Changing over filtration pads and socks per SOPs
Injecting flavors into the correct brite tanks
Ensuring carbonation systems are set when flavoring is complete
Entering data into spreadsheets, checklists, and logs
Keeping tools and equipment organized
Following GMP and SQF standards
Assisting with Koelschip fermentation, transfers, and cleaning
Transferring base product through proper filtration per SOPs
Participating in projects or supporting other brewers/flavoring tasks as needed
Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities
Follow GMP policies and encourage others to do the same
Understand and follow SQF protocols on pest control, visitors, allergens, and sanitation
Support management's SQF commitment and help the company meet food safety and quality goals
Report any food safety/quality concerns to the QA Manager so corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) can be taken
Required Skills & Abilities
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Proficiency in spreadsheet and document data entry
Awareness of safety risks and precautions for self and team
Ability to interact across departments and levels
Flexibility and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Availability for variable schedules based on departmental needs
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of brewing, kitchen prep, or batch mixing experience preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
Work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 65 pounds
