FedWriters is building a team to provide corporate operations support services for Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), encompassing business functions that support NSWC PCD's mission and technical programs. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of contract services including facilities management, corporate communications, security support, property management, and various administrative support functions.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm at NSWC PCD in Panama City, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall performance of all services required by the contract
- Have authority to act and make binding decisions for the Contractor
- Meet with Government personnel designated by the PCO or COR to discuss immediate problem areas
- Be available during normal working hours
- Directly supervise all contract employees assigned to tasks
- Maintain close communication and coordination with the COR, reporting problems as they occur
- Use work orders to document and manage work and define deliverables
- Direct personnel travel as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contract management or program management role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing contract management plans, contract administration, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of contract regulations and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers to apply problem-solving skills, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
- Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices with a focus on execution, monitoring, and control.
