Overview
FedWriters is building a team to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in providing technical data packages and other services for Naval Ship Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Technical Manual development, maintenance and management. As a Program/Project Manager you will organize project workload, coordinate all tasking, develop project timelines, and ensure prompt delivery of all products and services while maintaining accurate metrics for Naval technical documentation projects.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm at NSWCPD in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Organize project workload, coordinate all tasking, develop project timelines, and determine estimated completion dates.
- Relay data and information to the Program Manager in a timely and organized manner.
- Ensure prompt delivery of all products and services including reports, data, queries, and TM deliverables.
- Attend, participate, and present in meetings upon request.
- Develop metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of logistic support.
- Track projects according to schedule and budget goals, and communicate metrics to the Program Manager.
- Furnish documentation supporting the TM group including flag-level presentations, accurate financial metrics, and project timelines.
- Present findings in meetings upon request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Ten (10) years of experience to include three (3) years of experience in tech manuals program management and product development for US Navy programs.
- Requires Secret level security clearance.
- Demonstrate experience in scheduling (Microsoft Project), planning, estimating, project control, subcontract management, project progress tracking, process and procedure improvement.
- Expert level skill with Microsoft Excel.
