What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Insurance Client Services Specialist position at Fee Insurance Group, Inc.?
In this position, you will work collaboratively with Business Insurance Account Managers as a team to provide exceptional service to business clients.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for policy renewal activities including:
- Prepare and send pre-renewal information requests to client.
- Retrieve renewal documentation from carrier/broker, prepare and update reports and agency management system.
- Prepare spreadsheets, proposals and other client deliverables.
Prepare and order change request for clients and check endorsement for accuracy upon receipt from carrier.
Prepare online insurance quotes for clients.
Research client billing inquiries.
Serve as back-up when Account Managers are out of the office as the direct contact for the client.
Ensure agency management system records are maintained and accurate.
Provide other assistance to Account Managers, as requested.
Knowledge and Experience

- Communicate effectively: excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Insurance service experience, knowledge of commercial lines products and markets, account management background/knowledge or relevant customer service experience.
- Applied Epic agency management system experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products.
The minimum requirements to apply for this position include:
- A high school diploma and relevant service experience.
- Kansas Insurance License (P&C) required within 60 days of employment. Study courses and materials to prepare for exam are provided.
