The Development Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-major donors
($2,500–$9,999), building and nurturing relationships to inspire long-term, sustainable support.
This role identifies and engages prospective mid-major donors, implements a moves
management process to encourage donor progression into higher giving levels, and supports the growth of Feeding Tampa Bay’s donor base through strategic acquisition and retention efforts.
The Development Officer leverages donor data to refine fundraising strategies, ensures the integrity of donor records, and tracks progress toward annual revenue targets.
Collaborating with the development team and leadership, this position plays a key role in advancing Feeding Tampa Bay’s mission to end hunger and create lasting community impact.
