Marketing Content Specialist

Join our fast-moving software company and help us craft content that speaks to customers, drives engagement, and fuels growth. You'll learn our products inside and out, tell great stories, and make an impact across multiple SaaS tools.

• Build & Optimize Web Pages – Use WordPress to create, update, and refine high-converting pages.
• Write High-Quality Copy – Headlines, product descriptions, landing pages, blog posts, and emails—you’ll do it all.
• SEO & Keyword Targeting – Research and implement best practices to make our content discoverable.
• Interview Customers – Turn real-world insights into compelling case studies and success stories.
• Create & Manage Emails – Write and schedule email campaigns that drive engagement.
• Support Paid Ads – Assist in writing and optimizing copy for PPC, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
• Work on Multiple SaaS Tools – Adapt your skills across different software products and audiences.

• Experience with WordPress page building (no coding required, but familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how to apply them to content strategy.
• Ability to research and interview customers to create meaningful case studies.
• Comfort working across multiple projects, adapting to different audiences and tones.
• A proactive, get-it-done attitude—this is not a passive content role!

• Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience..
