About the Role / Position Summary
The Operations Analyst is Responsible for the coordination of investment activities for institutional clients and FEG's proprietary funds with investment managers, custodians, fund administrators and FEG internal teams. This position entails resolving account specific administrative and operational issues.
What You'll Do / Position Responsibilities
- Execution of investment related activities associated with rebalancing and new investments.
- Manage and process cash activities including wires, private capital calls and distributions.
- Coordinate the execution of new investor documents including subscription documents for alternative investments.
- Preparing account paperwork for clients at various custodians, banks, and institutions.
- Fulfil audit requirements for clients.
- Perform account maintenance, valuation, and reconciliation activities.
Managing custodian interfaces.
