What you’ll be doing:
- Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
- Assist with the completion of department goals by providing enhanced context through identifying KPIs that influence behavior
- Assist team in creating a reliable data Lakehouse with stable and well-structured reporting platforms
- Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
- Collect, analyze, and report department metrics monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually
- Provides organizational support to project/initiatives such as preparing agendas, presentations, and reports as well as coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or equivalent
- 1 years’ experience with SQL or other database programing language
- 1 years’ experience with Power BI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
- Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
