We are looking for a motivated Community Development Specialist, who has experience with grant and loan-related programs and expertise in grant writing. The position can be remote, based in one of our 12 offices, or hybrid. What you’ll do
You will be responsible for serving as the central contact point for all grant- and loan-related programs and administration for Fehr Graham. You will provide support to the Senior Community Development Specialist, Engineers and Project Managers based on organizational needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing complex reports, grant-related documents and government filings, so attention to detail and command of grammar are required for this role.
What it takes
We’re seeking someone with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
You should have a minimum of two years of relevant, progressive experience in community development. You should speak and write well, have strong analytical and organizational skills, and be a team player.
